I most humbly and respectfully approach your honour with a request that I had admitted in SRCC CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL Mahalaxmi, Mumbai, under the treatment of Dr. Ruchira Misra, emergency CASE OF THALASSEMIA MAJOR (Matched Unrelated Donor) and the Doctors have prescribed treatment undergo Bone Marrow Transplant , on urgent basis, and other supportive care with expenses of Rs. 24,00,000/- (Twenty Four Lakhs) as I am age of 9 years and very poor and nobody is to help us and my father cannot afford the expenses of hospital, as he is working as farmer on small skill basis and our entire family depend upon him.
